The delightful students in this class are the senior students of Cocos (Keeling) Islands District High School.

The majority of these students have spent most of their school years at Cocos (K) Islands District High School and they are therefore a close-knit group who work well together and enjoy one another's company. 

 These senior students work closely with the community, utilising local people and facilities, which all help to offer a stimulating learning environment. A guest speaker programme brings a range of new faces into the students' lives and this helps to give them a wider view of the world and the opportunities that are out there.

 One of the highlights of the students' schooling on Cocos is the fortnight-long City Experiential Camp when the class travels to Perth to visit the schools they will be attending in years 11 and 12; visit educational institutions such as TAFE and university and participate in a week's work experience program.
